I am a female Personal Trainer specialising in training those who want to lose weight or get fit.
After losing 4 1/2 stone myself, I decided to train as a personal trainer to help others achieve the body they want.I understand the obstacles you will face and will help you every step of the way.I have a background in Martial Arts and have qualifications in Personal Training, nutrition, combat fitness, Kettlebells and Hiit.If you don't have time to go to the gym or classes due to work or family commitments but desperately want to start your fitness journey to a better body then contact me and let me tell you how I can help you.You can train alone or with a friend in the comfort of your own home - you don't need to leave the house to get the results you want.
